Values-Based Leadership in Higher Education tool
Available now for free

You are invited to view, and engage with, a new tool designed to promote more conscious use of values in decision-making and leadership in higher education. WEBSITE: http://VBLinHE.net
The tool comprises a web-site on which you will find multiple hypothetical higher education scenarios where a leadership decision is required.

By repeated reflective engagement with different scenarios, we contend that you will become more aware of the values you use in your own leadership. In principle, this should lead you to make decisions with more conviction, with a stronger ethical foundation, and a more conscious awareness of the values-based justifications you have for those decisions.

Clearly this will result in you being a leader who experiences less dissonance caused by those situations we all encounter where we somehow feel obliged to take a path that does not quite resonate with our own moral code.

Give it a go?
