Kathie Ardzejewska (PhD) is an Associate Professor with over 20 years’ experience in teaching and learning in higher education, the last ten of these spent at the University of Notre Dame, Australia. She is currently a Senior Academic Developer where she leads from inception, strategic University learning and teaching projects. Collaborating with, and supporting the academic community to design quality innovative curriculum that promotes positive student outcomes, she also assist academics to grow their evidence-based teaching practice and scholarship of teaching and learning. A Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Fellow of the Higher Education Research and Development Society of Australasia (HERDSA) she uses this expertise to mentor and coach, and serve as an executive academic board member of several independent higher education providers. She teaches and researchers in scholarship and in leadership and wellbeing in higher education.
